Troy Jones

Owner - Operations Manager

Troy Jones is Owner and the Operations Manager of TJM, Inc. He puts his heart and soul into making TJM the best remodeling company that it can possibly be. Whether he's meeting clients, creating designs, doing estimates, or on-the-job work... he does a little bit of it all. Remodeling and construction is his passion, which he takes great pride in. When Troy has spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, working more, camping and hitting the lake.


Jennifer Jones

Owner - Office Manager

Jennifer is Owner and the Office Manager of TJM, Inc. She is in charge of the Accounts Payable Department. Jennifer makes sure everyone gets paid, which is very important. She also enjoys being involved in the material selections part of the remodeling process. When Jennifer is not at TJM, she stays busy with her 2nd job, being a full time mother. She enjoys spending time with family, walking, camping and boating.

Nick Hall

Accounting Specialist

Nick joined the TJM Team in December of 2018. He joins us from the "Lone Star State", Texas. Nick is over the Accounts Receivable Department, and assists with Project Estimates. In his spare time, Nick enjoys family time, fishing, golfing, playing basketball and cheering on the Dallas Mavericks.

Katie Rhodes

Marketing & Special Events 

Katie started with TJM in January 2020. Katie graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 2012 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts (Concentration in Graphic Design) with a minor is Psychology.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family (and Bloodhound), listening to music and making arts and crafts.

Chaireth Jones

Marketing Specialist

Chaireth became a part of the TJM Team in 2021. She graduated from University of Louisville in 2021 with a Bachelors of Science in Communication.  She is furthering her education with a Masters of Arts in Communication. When Chaireth is not working, or attending class, she enjoys being with family (and pup), working out and traveling.

FIELD TEAM 

Randall Mason

FIELD SUPERVISOR

Our very first employee, Randall Mason, has been here since 2012. You could call Randall a "Jack of all trades" if you will.  He is our Lead Foreman, who specializes in all aspects of remodeling and construction. From drywall to finishes, he does it all and everything in between.  In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, working on vehicles and spending time with his family.

Jeremy "Tank" Barger

SHOP MANAGER

Tank has been with TJM since 2014. He is the Shop Manager. He makes sure all of our materials are on hand and we have everything we need when it came to a specific project. Although Tank's title is "Shop Manager" he also works on the jobsites.  He does a little bit of everything. When Tank isn't working, he enjoys football (the San Francisco 49ers and Louisville Cardinals), fishing and hunting for arrowheads.  

Tony Castro

FIELD TECHNICIAN 

Tony has been with TJM since 2019.  He is a hard working individual.  He specializes in demolition, flooring, tile work and other aspects of remodeling.  In Tony's spare time, he likes to work on classic vehicles.   

Brad Winn

FIELD TECHNICIAN

Brad started at TJM in 2019, left for a little bit, and returned in 2021.  We are happy to have in on our team again.  He specializes in plumbing, trim carpentry and concrete work.  In his free time, Brad enjoys golfing, hiking and watching the New England Patriots play football.
